As many in the country are struggling to breathe, I have the privilege of the safety of my home and the luxury of health. Throughout my days at BITS I have also significantly benefitted from the community, getting all the advice I needed. Keeping in mind, the disadvantage the current batches face in access to guidance, I initiated a remote mentorship program intended for junior college students. Very quickly, many young professionals and senior students from a diverse background have joined me. We now have a team of 15 people students and young professionals from places including Stanford, UCLA, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IISc, BITS Pilani, Google, Microsoft Research, Amazon, JPMorgan, PwC and Texas Instruments!

Prospective mentees can schedule a call to get help with Job applications, Resume reviews, Mock Interviews, Thesis/ Research Internship applications, MBA applications, GMAT/ GRE Prep and MS/PhD applications in the fields of engineering, science, finance, consultancy and management. We expect you to make a donation to any of the verified organisations providing relief during the pandemic and upload the receipt while booking the call. While we have no minimum amount set, the recommended amount is 500 - 5000 rupees. We understand a lot of you might not be able to donate such amounts (or not at all), we encourage you to donate as per your capacity, and add a note while booking the call!
